My journey into Social Work and becoming a therapist is deeply rooted in my own life experiences. These experiences have driven me to ask tough questions and dream of a future where everyone can lead fulfilling lives. For me, Social Work isn't just a job; it's who I am. I am committed to helping diverse communities, growing professionally, and developing personally.

Hi! I'm Gabby, licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. Feeling stuck and repeating the same patterns can be exhausting. You might feel disconnected from yourself, yearning for deeper connections and stability. I specialize in EMDR and Lifespan Integration Therapy, focusing on self-esteem, identity, self-love, and relationships to help you feel more whole and confident.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, families, adults, and seniors. This diverse experience has helped me develop a flexible approach to therapy, using different methods to offer personalized care. I've worked in various settings, including family therapy, with at-risk youth, primary care mental health, private practice, hospice, and child welfare. These experiences have allowed me to connect with many people, learn various tools, and deepen my understanding of the human experience.

As a Queer affirming, sex-positive, and justice-centered therapist, I strive to create a safe and comfortable space where you can be your true self, find your strength, and grow into a more compassionate person. Everyone reaches a point where change is necessary, but the path forward isn't always clear. I'm here to walk with you, creating movement and growth in your life.
